what is the cost of postage and packaging ?
The cost of postage and packaging is worked out and displayed automatically
in the order processing pages as you enter and work through the system
entering your address details ( it is ready selected for UK P+P )
please select alternative as required for overseas P+P.
The way we work out the P+P is a basic amount on the first item and then a percentage
of the total order
how long for our delivery to be mailed ?
this depends on what method of payment you have chosen to use
if paying by credit card or debit card your order will be dispatched the following
working day
if paying by cheque your order will be dispatched ones the cheque has cleared in
our business account and then mailed the following working day
if paying by PAYPAL or NOCHEX it will be after we have received our email confirmation
and checked our account then
your order will be dispatched the following working day
UK orders are sent using second-class with recorded delivery for smaller orders
& larger orders we use first class with recorded or special delivery guaranteed by twelve
the following working day ( this is at our discretion and depends on the value and wait of
the order we may even split orders and send separately at our discretion to achieve the most
cost-effective method of postage.
how long for out of stock items to be mailed ?
This one is rather difficult to answer we have tried to make you aware of any items
that are temporary out of stock by marking any items with a warning that they are temporarily
out of stock ( obviously sometimes this can be a little wrong as orders can arrive be for
we have updated our website ) normally speaking these items have already been ordered from
America and it is a relatively short wait
all orders are placed it in the order they were received and the first in the list
will be the first to be dispatched.
do we have a catalogue to send out ?
No I'm afraid we do not have a catalogue we can mail to you.
we use our website as our catalogue and ordering method as all the items that are
displayed are normally available for
despatch as soon as payments have been processed.
