How to use our catalogue and order desk / shopping basket
Please note you must have cookies allowed on your web browser to use our shopping
basket
From our home page select catalogue or the catalogue image near the top of the web
page.
Now you will be on our catalogue page where you will see pictures and brief descriptions
of items in their particular categories / groups
You can now use your left mouse key on the scroll down or up bar on the right of
your computer screen
when you see a particular category (item) you wish to know more about simply click
on the picture or the description this will open up that particular category
For our European customers you can select to view a guide price in your currency
by selecting the type of currency you which to be displayed.
Now again you use your left mouse key on the scroll up and down bar on the right
of your computer screen.
Again click on any item that takes your fancy this will take you to a section where
you will have more details about this particular item scroll down again which will display
all the information along with any other items that may be of interest when using the particular
item
if you would like to see any of those items just click on the description link and
you will be taken their.
To return back to the page you were on click on the back button
at the top of your web page.

Work your way down towards the bottom the web page and you will find the order section
where you can order the item (there is one item chosen if you which for more than one item
simply change the number to the quantity you require) if you which to order this item now simply
added it to your shopping trolley now by clicking on the add to basket button
When you select this option you will be taken to view your shopping basket so you
can see what items you have chosen so far by scrolling down again you can select two order
now if you have chosen all the items you require or if you which to remove any items you have
chosen you can do this now towards the bottom you can choose to go back to the catalogue page
you were on or go back to the catalogue by clicking on the appropriate button
You should have an idea by now how to add items to your shopping trolley now simply
repeat the above and you can work your way through the catalogue and enter any items that you
require
When you have selected all the items you which to order if you are not on the shopping
basket screen select it by clicking on the shopping basket image or shopping basket text this
will take you to a page you have already seen now to order the items that you have chosen simply
click on the order now button you will now be directed to a page where you can view the sub
total of your order along with details of the items you have chosen now click on the continue
button (you are now on a secure web page where all information is encrypted for your security)
You are now asked to fill in the billing details of your order simply enter the
details as you are prompted (if you are not a company please leave the company section empty)
follow the instructions carefully entering all the details carefully (you will have to enter
the country by selecting from the drop down list provided or entering it in the box provided)
when you have finished click on the next button at the bottom of the page
You are now at the page where you will see the amount of postage that is applicable
to your order (we have set it up so the UK postal and packaging charge are selected for you
for overseas prices select accordingly) select the next button or the calculate total button
You have now reached a page where you can view the total amount including packaging
and postal charges for your order
and your billing details and shipping details for
your order (if you require your order to be delivered to a different address this is where
you need to enter the details (if they are using the same as the billing address this is already
filled out for you) as you scroll down the page you will come to a box where you need to enter
the method of payment please select one of the above methods by entering it in the box provided
carry on scrolling down where you will find some questions we would like you to answer (any
marked with a *you need to select or answer that particular question)
You are provided with a box where you can add any details all comments you may have
This is the last part of the ordering process select next to order your items now
Or council to cancel your order
Assuming you have ordered you will receive a on-line receipt for your order giving
the details of your order along with an order reference number I suggest you print this page
and keep it as this is your record of your order (if you are paying by cheque I would suggest
running two copies and sending one with your cheque and also enter the order reference number
on the rear of your cheque)
I know this has been quite a long page to read but when you are entering the details
it is quite a straightforward operation to order items using our order desk.
