Wild Landscapes: Appeal Wild Landscapes: Renewable Energy
The John Muir Trust has safeguarded wild land for 24 years. We need your support now to help us meet urgent challenges to wild land from the impact of the current renewable energy policy in the UK.
Scotland needs effective strategies to combat climate change. That means that not every proposed energy development should go ahead, especially those which damage valuable wild lands.
We are standing up for wild land. We urgently need more members to join the John Muir Trust so we can continue to campaign for necessary changes in national landscape planning legislation, oppose inappropriate industrial energy developments, work towards lending support to sensitively located community renewable energy projects, and invest in awareness-raising campaigns.
Join the John Muir Trust today and help us stand up for wild land. For as little as £2 per month you will help

I have
personally stayed here and in my opinion it offers very good value For money and a very
relaxing atmosphere they are a very helpful couple and I am sure if you choose to stay with
them You will be visiting again if you are in the area.
Please
note there are no televisions in their rooms as there is no television reception in the area
( when I visited there were a small selection of
books to read !)
(There
are also no tea and coffee making facilities ( although you will be offered a complementary Cup
of tea or coffee along with biscuits )
I am not
sure on their smoking policy ( you would have to find out )
I would
definitely recommend making reservations in advance !
there are
a couple of restaurants for evening meals or bar meals nearby if required at very reasonable
prices .
Please
let them know where you found their B&B advertised
and
say hello from rob @ J&R Crafts
